Please see instructions as follows as to who to make the checks to, but all must be sent to:Glory-Ann Pigarut, 7804 Woodyard Road, Clinton, MD 20735 in order to get the $7.00 entry fee. Otherwise, you will be charged $9.00 the day of the Match, even if we have your filled out form. At least you will not have to do any paper work the day of (just pay us) if you have submitted your form previously.
